Description
We’ll pick you up from your hotels in Puno (10:00 am) to go to the local port of Uros, where we take a motor boat, which will take us to the famous Uros Floating (around 30 min) and then proceed to settle in the comfortable rooms. Local families will give us an explanation of the construction, traditions, and way of life of Uros islanders.
After lunch, we’ll travel on a boat made of reeds to put fishing nets (fishing), then see we’ll see how cut the reeds (for the construction of the same islands, handicrafts, etc.).
Likewise, the islanders themselves will teach how they create crafts made from reeds At night we will have a dinner, and then ¡We’ll rest on the Uros floating island!.
Next day morning, we’ll proceed to pick up our fishing net and see the diversity of native fish of Lake Titicaca, then we have breakfast and finally by averaging 9 am we will be returning to Puno (or if want you can continue your journey to Taquile Island and return at 5:00 pm Second day) * Require by mail.

- Sleeping on the island of Uros, is a unique quiet and relaxing experience, in this small paradise on Lake Titicaca.
- Bird Watching: you could observe some of the birds of the Titicaca National Reserve (lake ducks, partridge, Andean birds, etc.
