    Pucará is located at 61km away from Juliaca (North), next to the main road that leads to Cusco imperial city. This culture Punará dates back from 500 BC to 400 AD, characterized by its large pyramid-shaped buildings, which formed a large city where are founded sculptural monuments, steles, huge stones with shaped of pumas, suches or other animals worshiped by this culture.

    The people from Pucara are recognized and famoius handcraftsmen, they’re currently exporting their handicrafts to various countries all over Europe, It's highlighted the famous "bull of Pucara" or "bull of pukara" symbol of prosperity for couples who are in the process of forming a Family, so all people put one in the roofs for protection also

We had a fantastic little group in the main and I know that was a bonus and whilst we all got on, the trip was made by the tour leader and of course his support crew, drivers, meeters and greeters, helpers. They were all great. well organized tour to Pucara, thanks Incalake.
