Three hours to eating in La Paz city, non-stop. A fun guided food tour where you will learn from Bolivian cuisine, you will try many different traditional foods accompanied by a local guide.
We start visiting the La Paz main market, where you will enjoy some traditional bolivian food like: Api juice (corn based beverage), accompanied by a Pastel (similar like bread-pasty), later, you wil try Humita (corn based pie), and the iconic famous Salteña (The ubiquitous yellow-orange empanada of La Paz and beyond leaves a tasty film on your fingers and a warm glow in your stomach)
Then, we will go to one of the most centric streets in Bolivia, where the guide will coordinate with you, what food will suit better for you. Then, we will try some of Fricase Mixto (pork based plate) or take one of the most famous andean soup called “Chairo” (potato dehydrated based soup), then we will head to one of the most iconic hamburgers in La Paz. At the end of the day we will take cinnamon icecream.
