    After passing copacabana, we will change buses (1 floor buses) for crossing the el estrecho de tiquina and continue approx. 3 hours more for arriving finally in the main Bus Station (Av. Uruguay (final) esq. Av. Perú) .of the Bolivian capital of La Paz.

BUS COPACABANA - LA PAZ

  • Bus Titicaca de Puno a Copacabana
    The bus departs from Titicaca Bolivia office located at Av. 6 de Agosto with Av. 16 de Julio.
    The first point for stopping is Estrecho de Tiquina where we need to get off from our bus and buy tickets (1 Bs or 0,2USD) for crossing it in small ferries (10min approx.).
    After we will continue with the bus to La Paz, we will arrive in the main bus station of La Paz.

    The bus departs from Titicaca Bolivia office located at Av. 6 de Agosto with Av. 16 de Julio.

  • Bolivian hour is one hour ahead Peruvian hour (e.g in Perú 1pm; in Bolivia 2pm).
  • Near Peruvian migration office (Border) there are exchanges money offices (you’ll find best rates than La Paz in here), also if you have some Peruvian soles you can change it all in here.
  • There's one stop is in Kasani (Bolivian/Peruvian Border) where you must present your passports and documents to the border office.
  • Service is given by “Titicaca Bolivia” or "Tour Perú" bus company.
