POLICY OF PAYMENT IN ADVANCE AND CANCELLATION

* For protecting us from last minute cancellation, it’s necessary to pay in advance at least 50% of total Price (In certain circumstances, we will ask the total), this, will help us to program and book in advance, transport, guides, entrances fees or other services that you have requested with Inca Lake.

*if you cancel your service 7 days before original date. we will charge a fee of 15% due office work only, We will refund the 85% percent of the deposit/payment we have receive through Paypal, Visa, Western Union, MoneyGram or similar international transfer money systems. After passed this limit date, the guarantee deposit will be charged because NO SHOW or CANCELLATION.

*In case that you want to modify original date, you can do it if you tell us 7 days before your original trip/tour date. If there is no availability for the new date, we will refund 85% of deposit.

*Modifying the original date 6 to 1 days prior your trip, does not guarantee availability, we will try to change your tour date, in case there will not be availability for new date, your deposit will be charged, because we need to pay our guides, transports and other services.
